Circular Knitted Interlining

Our circular knitted interlining is a stretch-focused knit substrate that stands apart from rigid shirt-specific interlining and dimensionally stable warp knit base fabric. Manufactured on circular knitting equipment to form seamless tubular fabric then split into flat rolls, this interlining features uniform two-way stretch and soft natural drape, making it the top pick for stretch-sensitive clothing materials. Unlike warp knit interlining with limited horizontal elasticity, its loose loop structure stretches and rebounds freely alongside jersey, spandex and lightweight knit shell fabrics. With optional PA and PES double-dot adhesive coating, it delivers mild shaping without stiffening garments, catering to casual fashion, slim-fit outfits and soft knit apparel that demands unrestricted movement after fusing.

Three coordinated textile subsidiaries handle the complete manufacturing flow for circular knitted interlining:

The factory workshop holds 36 German KARL MAYER warp knitting production lines and two dedicated double-dot coating lines. Automated integrated production ensures consistent fabric elasticity and evenly distributed glue dots, supporting small-batch sample testing and full-container bulk export orders for global garment manufacturers.
