Impregnating Nonwoven Interlining
Lexin Group Integrated Production System
Three specialized textile subsidiaries jointly complete full production of impregnating nonwoven interlining:
- 1.Qidong Lexin Warp Knitting Co.,LTD: Produces all types of interlining base fabrics, including resin-impregnated nonwoven grey cloth with standardized heat setting
- 2.Qidong Lexin Textile Technology Co.,LTD: Conducts LDPE double-dot coating, surface finishing and full inspection of finished fusible interlining
- 3.Qidong Wuzhou Textile Co.,LTD: Takes charge of global wholesale, sample dispatch and cross-border order logistics
The production workshop holds 36 German KARL MAYER warp knitting production lines and two independent double-dot coating lines. Automated integrated equipment ensures consistent fabric tightness and even glue dot distribution, supporting small sample trial orders and full-container bulk export orders for global garment factories.
Unique Advantages Distinct from Hot Rolling Nonwoven
- 1.Tighter fiber binding via resin impregnation: Resin fully wraps every staple fiber, so the fabric resists tearing and fiber shedding during high-speed cutting and sewing, reducing fabric dust contamination on light-colored garments.
- 2.Stable uniform texture without loose spots: Impregnation treatment eliminates uneven thin areas that often appear on hot rolling nonwoven, delivering consistent stiffness across the whole roll.
- 3.Low-temperature LDPE coating compatibility: Fusing temperature sits lower than PA/PES coated styles, safe for heat-sensitive silk, chiffon and thin wool fabrics without scorching shell materials.
- 4.Graded softness options: Multiple soft, medium and firm hand-feel grades match different garment demands, from sheer casual blouses to structured suit lapels.
- 5.Balanced cost and performance: More durable than hot rolling nonwoven while maintaining competitive pricing, suitable for mid-range formal apparel mass production.
Main Garment Application Scenarios
This resin-impregnated nonwoven interlining fits woven apparel requiring reliable mild structural support:
- Daily casual blouses, thin woven tops and lightweight fashion wear
- Formal business suits, wool overcoats and tailored office garments
- Reinforcing small structured parts: shirt collars, cuffs, pocket flaps and trouser waist facings
