Our PA & PES hot melt adhesive web is a standalone thermo-bonding textile accessory, completely different from water-soluble and tearaway embroidery backing series we introduced before. Instead of acting as temporary embroidery support, this mesh-like adhesive web serves as an invisible double-sided bonding medium to fuse two fabric layers without stitching. Two mainstream polymer formulas, PA (polyamide) and PES (polyester), are available to match diverse garment fabrics and washing standards. With open mesh fiber construction, it maintains good air permeability after lamination and avoids stiff, bulky seams common with solid adhesive films. It is widely used for seamless hemming, fabric compounding and fixed structural parts of all apparel types, delivering stable invisible bonding to streamline garment assembly procedures for mass production factories.
