The production workshop holds 36 imported German KARL MAYER warp knitting machine lines and two dedicated double-dot coating lines. Automated equipment ensures uniform fabric texture and evenly distributed glue dots, capable of handling small sample trials and full-container bulk export orders simultaneously.

- 4.Low shrinkage post finishing: All base fabrics undergo high-temperature setting to prevent fabric warping after repeated washing, keeping collars and cuffs flat long-term.
- 5.Smooth cutting performance: Tight warp knit loop structure prevents yarn fraying during mass cutting, reducing waste and improving workshop efficiency.
