Our warp knitted interlining acts as the core foundational product across our entire interlining catalog, different from nonwoven, embroidery backing and woven interlining lines we previously introduced. All series of fusible interlinings (collar interlining, circular knit stretch interlining) rely on mature warp-knitted base fabric technology as the core carrier. Produced by professional warp knitting equipment, this base fabric features stable loop structure, balanced stretch and outstanding dimensional stability, which makes it the most versatile reinforcement material for mainstream apparel manufacturing. We support customized coating, weight, width and softness grades, matching lightweight casual outfits, formal suits, stretch knitwear and tailored shirts of all styles.

Advanced Production Equipment

The integrated production workshop is equipped with 36 sets of imported German KARL MAYER warp knitting machine production lines, paired with two independent double-dot coating production lines. High-precision equipment ensures uniform fabric density, consistent elasticity and even glue dot distribution, fully meeting small sample trial orders and large container bulk production demands from global garment factories.

• 1.Balanced bidirectional elasticity: Unique warp loop structure delivers moderate horizontal stretch and low vertical shrinkage, compatible with stretch knit fabrics and non-stretch woven shell fabrics without wrinkling or deforming after repeated washing.
• 2.Adjustable softness spectrum: Our production line supports customized soft, medium-soft and stiff hand feels, covering thin blouses to heavy wool coat shaping demands.
• 3.Stable shaping performance: Less prone to shifting or stretching than circular knit interlining; maintains crisp silhouette on collars, cuffs and garment front panels long-term.
• 4.Wide compatibility with adhesive coatings: Matches PA, PES, HDPE hot melt glue dots, adapting to dry cleaning, frequent water washing and low-temperature fusing requirements.
• 5.Consistent full-width texture: Mass-produced on automated Karl Mayer machines to avoid uneven thickness, reducing defective rates during garment cutting and fusing processes.
